A MENTAL HEALTH BLOG FOR ALL OF US.

READ ME

by: Saniyya Patel

For the past 8 years, I have struggled with my mental illnesses. Recently, I have plateaued and reached a place of stability. I served as a useful source to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice. I've always written about my thoughts and feelings, and have been an advocate for mental health. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I've made this blog to try and help others understand mental illnesses, and live a better life. Just as we try to take care of our physical health, we must also take care of our mental health as it is equally important. This site will include tips, information about mental illnesses, external resources, coping strategies, relatable stories, encouraging thoughts, and artwork. I invite you to share your own stories, thoughts, and experiences - in any form. I also encourage you to submit your art pieces (whether it be sketches, paintings, doodles, photography, etc.), which will be featured in the Mindfulness Gallery tab. I hope you learn a thing or two from this blog, and I ask you to pass this link on to anyone who you think would benefit from a site like this. Have a beautiful day :)
